Finland Police Arrest IPOB Leader, Simon Ekpa Finnish authorities has Thursday arrested Simon Ekpa, a prominent pro-Biafra separatist agitator, at his apartment in Lahti. According to the Helsinki Sanomat, police escorted Ekpa out of his residence when they arrived to conduct an interview.
