Olympic History: Nigerian Women’s Bobsled Team

Nigeria’s Seun Adigun, Ngozi Onwumere and Akuoma Omega competed in the women’s bobsleigh heat 1 run on February 20, 2018 during the Pyeongchang 2018 Winter Olympic Games in Pyeongchang, South Korea.
They made history by becoming the first team from Africa to compete in the sport at the 2018 Winter Olympic Games.
